I have been having a play with some Atc's , and practicing with some figurative sketchy drawings.
Rough sketch of a girl, I wanted some colour so I dripped a blob of Ink..
Very rough sketch, dropped a blob of Alcohol Ink..
I used a Permanent Marker, did'nt realise this would be affected by Alcohol Ink, Like the effect though!!!!
.. aesthetically described as one of beauty that is 'imperfect', 'impermanent' and 'incomplete'.

Assemblage/Altered Art
Very proud to be one of the Guest Designers on the Mixed Media World blog this month.
The current challenge this month is Assemblage/ Altered Art.
Follow this link.
My assemblage creation came about from a collection of metal finds that have been found by Fatty our pig when she has been digging to find roots.
This is Fatty, I printed off a black and white picture and painted with some crackle glaze and rubbed over some umber acrylic paint.
On a block of wood I drilled a few holes and attached all of the metal findings.
I was very pleased with the end result, an alternative to a boring picture frame!!!
Don't forget to check out the blog at my fellow guest designers and their projects for inspiration!!!
A big thank you to Ingrid for selecting me as a Guest Designer.
