Paperartsy Infusions Cactus.

A little watercolour today using Paperartsy Infusions pigment powders. On the Paperartsy blog the current challenge is Watercolours. I used a large watercolour brush and made up a mix on a glass mat and just went for it!!

 I used Lemoncello, Blackcurrant and Violet Storms.

After dry I scratched in some detail with a craft knife. Dodgy pot though!!

    Not a dodgy pot at all Bryan, call it quirky.
    Love the colour choice and the shapes make a bold statement on the white space....which is arty talk for I really like it! 😜

    Fab and I didn't notice the pot being dodgy, until I read your comment, I just thought it was a great picture and I like the pot as it is.

    Dodgy pot it may be but the painting has that freshness of watercolours and I love the variation of colours within the shapes. Overall it looks great!
