Here is my take on this..
From my bit box I stamped using PaperArtsy mini's 19,26 and 44. I also stamped using some of the images from PaperArtsy Lynne Perrella Collection 007. They were arranged onto a Postcard size piece of card.
I remember Andy Skinner saying you could use the DecoArt Media over a coat of Ultra Matt varnish, so I used several layers of Paynes Grey, Burnt Umber and Quadricone Red.
Enjoyed making this collage, off to make some more!!
Very Vintage, it reminds me of Medieval paper! I've also heard about Ultra Matt varnish used as a transparent Gesso, very useful!
